IL-9(IL9)结合IL-9受体a链(IL9R)和IL-2受体共同γ链(IL2RG)以启动下游IL-9信号级联反应。IL9R与IL-2受体α链和MHC分子共定位于人类T淋巴细胞瘤细胞的脂筏中(Nizsalóczki等,2014)。IL2RG对于IL-9依赖性生长信号转导至关重要(Kimura等,1995)。IL9R(64 kDa糖蛋白)具有饱和且特异性的结合位点,Kd为100 pM(Renauld等,1992)。激活的IL9R复合物招募Janus激酶(JAK)家族中的酪氨酸激酶蛋白:JAK1(JAK1)和JAK3(JAK3),以激活信号转导和转录激活因子(STAT)因子STAT1、STAT3和STAT5。激活的STATs形成STAT5二聚体和STAT1:STAT3异二聚体(Neurath & Finotto 2016, Li & Rostami 2010)。

ATP sensitive Potassium channels ATP sensitive K+ channels couple intracellular metabolism with membrane excitability. These channels are inhibited by ATP so are open in low metabolic states and close in high metabolic states, resulting in membrane depolarization triggering responses such as insulin secretion, modulation of vascular smooth muscle and cardioprotection. The channel comprises four Kir6.x subunits and four regulatory sulphonylurea receptors (SUR) (Akrouh et al, 2009).
