TASK 1 和 TASK 3 在结构和功能上密切相关。TASK 1 和 TASK 3 由细胞外酸化激活，pH 降低则抑制。TASK 1 和 TASK 3 形成功能同源二聚体和异二聚体，但 TAS1 和 TASK3 异二聚体的生物物理特性与母体亚基不同。

TWIK-releated acid-sensitive K+ channel (TASK) TASK 1 and 3 are closely related both structurally and functionally. TASK1 and TASK3 are activated by extracellular acidification and inhibited by decrease in pH. TASK 1 and Task 3 form functional homodimers and heterodimers, however the biophysical properties of TAS1 and TASK3 heteromers are different form parent subunit properties.
