TWIK 相关碱性 pH 激活的 K+ 通道 (TALK) 由细胞外 pH 升高激活。TALK1 和 TALK2 属于 TALK 亚家族，均对细胞外 pH 升高具有激活作用。TALK2 表达于近曲小管细胞和集合管细胞。TASK2 参与碳酸氢根的再吸收。

TWIK-related alkaline pH activated K+ channel (TALK) TWIK related alkaline pH activated K+ channels are activated by increase in the extracellular pH. TALK1 and TALK 2 are members of the TALK subfamily and are both are activated by rise in extracellular pH. TALK 2 is expressed in proximal tubule cells and collecting duct cells. TASK 2 is involved in the resorption of bicarbonate.
