NOSIP 介导的 eNOS 转运 NOSIP 是一种 34 kDa 的核质穿梭蛋白，结合 eNOS 氧化酶结构域 (氨基酸 366-486) 的 COOH 末端。这种蛋白结合促进 eNOS 从质膜腔泡转位至细胞骨架，并抑制 eNOS 活性。研究发现，NOSIP 在细胞周期的 G2 期特异性积聚在细胞质中。

NOSIP mediated eNOS trafficking eNOS-interacting protein (NOSIP) is a 34-kDa nucleocytoplasmic shuttling protein that binds to the COOH-terminal region (amino acids 366-486) of the eNOS oxygenase domain. This protein association promotes translocation of eNOS from the plasma membrane caveolae to the cytoskeleton and inhibits eNOS activity. Studies have found that NOSIP accumulates in the cytoplasm specifically during the G2 phase of the cell cycle.
