CRMPs是一类小的、与plexinA相互作用的胞质磷酸蛋白家族，被鉴定为Sema3A信号通路的介质和神经元分化的调节因子。在Sema3A激活后，与Plexin-A结合的CRMPs会被Cdk5、GSK3beta和Fes激酶磷酸化。CRMPs的磷酸化会阻止其与微管二聚体的结合，进而诱导F-actin解聚，最终导致生长锥塌陷。

Synthesis of GDP-mannose GDP-mannose is the mannose donor for the first 5 mannose addition reactions in the N-glycan precursor synthesis, and also for the synthesis of Dolichyl-phosphate-mannose involved in other mannose transfer reactions. It is synthesized from fructose 6-phosphate and GTP in three steps.
