白细胞介素 -17(IL17)是一类细胞因子(Kawaguchi et al. 2004, Gu et al. 2013)。IL17A 是该家族的奠基成员,能够诱导其他细胞因子和趋化因子的产生,如 IL6、IL8 和粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF),在各种细胞类型中,包括活化的 T 细胞。它在应对微生物感染的宿主防御中发挥关键作用,并参与自身免疫疾病和过敏综合征的发病机制。IL17 激活包括 NFkB、MAPKs 和 C/EBPs 在内的几个下游信号通路,诱导抗菌肽、促炎趋化因子和细胞因子以及基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的表达。IL17 可稳定由 TNF-alpha 诱导的 mRNA。IL17 信号传导由胞质适配分子 ACT1(也称为 CIKS)介导。IL17D 的受体未知(Gu et al. 2013)。

Interleukin-17 signaling Interleukin-17 (IL17) is a family of cytokines (Kawaguchi et al. 2004, Gu et al. 2013). IL17A, the founding member of the family is able to induce the production of other cytokines and chemokines, such as IL6, IL8, and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) in a variety of cell types, including activated T-cells. It plays a pivotal role in host defenses in response to microbial infection and is involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases and allergic syndromes. IL17 activates several downstream signaling pathways including NFkB, MAPKs and C/EBPs, inducing the expression of antibacterial peptides, proinflammatory chemokines and cytokines and matrix metalloproteases (MMPs). IL17 can stabilize the mRNA of genes induced by TNF-alpha. IL17 signal transduction is mediated by the cytosolic adaptor molecule ACT1 (also known as CIKS).
