通路描述
由于共享化学性质而被归入该通路的反应，即各种磷脂酰肌醇和磷脂的磷酸酯水解。它们在不同组织中发生，且可能具有不同的生理作用。例如，PNPLA6 和 GDPD5 在此通路中的活性特别显著，在肾细胞中尤为突出，生成的胆碱有助于保护细胞免受渗透压胁迫（Burg et al. 2007）。其他表达可能与特定发育事件相关（Corda et al. 2013）。

CLEC7A (Dectin-1) induces NFAT activation CLEC7A (Dectin-1) signals through the classic calcineurin/NFAT pathway through Syk activation phospholipase C-gamma 2 (PLCG2) leading to increased soluble IP3 (inositol trisphosphate). IP3 is able to bind endoplasmic Ca2+ channels, resulting in an influx of Ca2+ into the cytoplasm. This increase in calcium concentration induces calcineurin activation and consequently, dephosphorylation of NFAT and its translocation into the nucleus, triggering gene transcription and extracellular release of Interleukin-2 (Plato et al. 2013, Goodridge et al. 2007, Mourao-Sa et al. 2011).
