参与（白细胞介素）-6 型细胞因子信号传导的成员包括 IL-6、IL-11、LIF（白血病抑制因子）、OSM（成纤维细胞生长因子）、ciliary neurotrophic factor（CNTF）、cardiotrophin-1（CTF1）和 cardiotrophin-like cytokine factor 1（CLCF1）。参与识别 IL-6 型细胞因子的受体可分为非信号转导的α受体（IL6R、IL11R 和 CNTFR）和信号转导受体（gp130、LIFR 和 OSMR）。后者与 JAK 结合并在细胞因子刺激下发生酪氨酸磷酸化（Heinrich 等 1998, 2003）。IL27 和 IL35 属于 IL12 细胞因子家族，但 gp130 作为信号受体的组成部分与 IL-6、IL-11、LIF、OSM、CNTF、CTF1 和 CLCF1 共享。

IL-6-type cytokine receptor ligand interactions The members involved in (interleukin)-6-type cytokine signalling are the IL-6, IL-11, LIF (leukaemia inhibitory factor), OSM (oncostatin M), ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF), cardiotrophin-1 (CTF1) and cardiotrophin-like cytokine factor 1 (CLCF1). Receptors involved in recognition of the IL-6-type cytokines can be subdivided in the non-signalling alpha-receptors (IL6R, IL 11R, and CNTFR) and the signal transducing receptors (gp130, LIFR, and OSMR). The latter associate with JAKs and become tyrosine phosphorylated in response to cytokine stimulation (Heinrich et al. 1998, 2003). IL27 and IL35 belongs to IL12 cytokine family but they share gp130 as a component of signalling receptor, along with IL-6, IL-11, LIF, OSM, CNTF, CTF1 and CLCF1.
