现在，在胰岛素在内体腔中与受体解离并随后降解的情况下，内体相关的蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶（PTPs）完成了受体的去磷酸化。同样，所有受体底物也被去磷酸化，导致信号复合体崩溃和信号衰减。

Signal attenuation Now with the complete receptor-ligand dissociation and subsequent degradation of insulin in the endosomal lumen, the endosomally associated protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) complete the receptor dephosphorylation. So too are all the receptor substrates dephosphorylated leading to the collapse of the signalling complexes and signal attenuation.
