PTK6 的激酶活性受到 PTPN1 磷酸酶（Fan 等，2013 年）和 SRMS 激酶（Fan 等，2015 年）的双重负调控。PTPN1 磷酸酶使 PTK6 的酪氨酸残基 Y342 去磷酸化，而 SRMS 激酶则在 PTK6 的酪氨酸残基 Y447 处对其进行磷酸化。

PTK6 Down-Regulation The kinase activity of PTK6 is negatively regulated by both PTPN1 phosphatase (Fan et al. 2013), which dephosphorylates tyrosine Y342 of PTK6, and SRMS kinase (Fan et al. 2015), which phosphorylates PTK6 on tyrosine residue Y447.
