PTK6 介导的磷酸化通过 STAP2 适配蛋白激活 STAT3 转录因子。STAT3 转录靶点 SOCS3 是 PTK6 的负调控因子，抑制 PTK6 介导的 STAT3 磷酸化，从而形成负反馈回路（Liu 等，2006 年；Ikeda 等，2009 年；Ikeda 等，2010 年）。PTK6 还可能激活 STAT5 介导的转录（Ikeda 等，2011 年）。

PTK6 Activates STAT3 PTK6-mediated phosphorylation activates STAT3 transcription factor via STAP2 adapter protein. STAT3 transcriptional target SOCS3 is a negative regulator of PTK6 and inhibits PTK6-mediated phosphorylation of STAT3, thus creating a negative feedback loop (Liu et al. 2006, Ikeda et al. 2009, Ikeda et al. 2010). PTK6 may also activate STAT5-mediated transcription (Ikeda et al. 2011).
