胆固醇侧链裂解酶,线粒体 (CYP11A1) 正常催化胆固醇侧链裂解形成孕烯醇酮。CYP11A1 缺陷可导致先天性肾上腺皮质功能减退症,伴有 46,XY 性反转 (AICSR; MIM:613743)。这是一种罕见的疾病,可表现为婴儿期的急性肾上腺皮质功能减退,伴有高 ACTH 和血浆肾素活性,以及低或无肾上腺激素。最严重的表型是与功能丧失突变相关,表现为早产、完全雄激素化以及严重、早期 onset 的肾上腺衰竭 (Kim et al. 2008)。

MET activates RAP1 and RAC1 The adapter protein GAB1 is involved in recruitment, through CRK and related CRKL proteins, of guanyl nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) to the activated MET receptor. MET-associated GEFs, such as RAPGEF1 (C3G) and DOCK7, activate RAP1 and RAC1, respectively, leading to morphological changes that contribute to cell motility (Schaeper et al. 2000, Sakkab et al. 2000, Lamorte et al. 2002, Watanabe et al. 2006, Murray et al. 2014).
