该通路分类 RHOC 鸟苷酸交换因子(GEFs)、GTP 酶激活蛋白(GAPs)、GDP 解离抑制剂(GDIs)和 RHOC 效应物。RHOC 属于 RHOA 亚家族的 RHO GTP 酶,与 RHOA 和 RHOB 共享 85% 的序列同源性(Wheeler 和 Ridley 2004)。与 RHOA 和 RHOB 类似,RHOC 调节细胞骨架并参与细胞粘附和迁移(Guan 等人,2018)。RHOC 有助于癌症细胞的侵袭性和转移潜能(Bravo-Cordero 等人,2014;Guan 等人,2018;Thomas 等人,2019)。

RHOC GTPase cycle This pathway catalogues RHOC guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs), GTPase activator proteins (GAPs), GDP dissociation inhibitors (GDIs) and RHOC effectors. RHOC belongs to the RHOA subfamily of RHO GTPases and shares 85% sequence identity with RHOA and RHOB (Wheeler and Ridley 2004). Like RHOA and RHOB, RHOC regulates the cytoskeleton and is involved in cell adhesion and migration (Guan et al. 2018). RHOC contributes to invasiveness and metastatic potential of cancer cells (Bravo-Cordero et al. 2014; Guan et al. 2018; Thomas et al. 2019).
