在 NTF3 (NT-3) 激活下，受体酪氨酸激酶 NTRK3 (TRKC) 通过适配蛋白 SHC1 和 GRB2 触发 RAS 信号 (Marsh and Palfrey 1996, Gunn-Moore et al. 1997, Yuen and Mobley 1999)。NTRK3 下游的 ERK 激活可能通过 WAVE 增加细胞运动性。该机制尚不清楚 (Gromnitza et al. 2018)。

Activated NTRK3 signals through RAS Upon activation by NTF3 (NT-3), the receptor tyrosine kinase NTRK3 (TRKC) triggers RAS signaling through adaptor proteins SHC1 and GRB2 (Marsh and Palfrey 1996, Gunn-Moore et al. 1997, Yuen and Mobley 1999). ERK activation downstream of NTRK3 may increase cell motility through WAVE. The mechanism is not known (Gromnitza et al. 2018).
