至少有两种机制描述了蛋白质从内质网到高尔基体的运输。一种是通用的流，不需要出口信号 (Wieland et al, 1987; Martinez-Menarguez et al, 1999)。另一种是由 LMAN1/MCFD2、甘露糖结合 lectins 介导的，这些 lectins 识别糖信号 (Zhang B et al, 2003)。

Transport to the Golgi and subsequent modification At least two mechanisms of transport of proteins from the ER to the Golgi have been described. One is a general flow requiring no export signals (Wieland et al, 1987; Martinez-Menarguez et al, 1999). The other is mediated by LMAN1/MCFD2, mannose-binding lectins that recognize a glycan signal (Zhang B et al, 2003).
