长时程增强(LTP)是学习和记忆过程中涉及的一种短暂突触活动,会导致突触强度的持久增加。LTP 由 NMDA 受体介导的钙/钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶 II(CaMKII)激活启动,随后 CaMKII 与 NMDA 受体结合并介导 AMPA 受体亚基的磷酸化(见 Lisman 等人 2012 年和 Luscher 和 Malenka 2012 年的综述)

Long-term potentiation In long-term potentiation (LTP), involved in learning and memory, a brief period of synaptic activity induces a lasting increase in the strength of the synapse. LTP is initiated by NMDA receptor-mediated activation of calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMKII), followed by binding of CaMKII to the NMDA receptor and CaMKII-mediated phosphorylation of AMPA receptor subunits (reviewed by Lisman et al. 2012 and Luscher and Malenka 2012).
