除了参与神经元系统发育过程中的轴突排斥外,SLIT-ROBO信号通路还参与树突分枝。基于小鼠的研究发现,SLIT1通过激活受体ROBO1和/或ROBO2来触发皮层树突分枝。ROBO效应分子NCK2对于SLIT1介导的树突分枝是必需的(Round和Sun,2011)。

GABA B receptor activation Functional GABA B receptors are heteromers of GABA B1 and B2 subunits, complexed with G protein alpha-i, 0, beta, and gamma subunits. They function as metabotropic receptors. When GABA is bound to the B1 sub-unit, the B2 subunit undergoes a conformational change that releases the G alpha-i G0 dimer (which binds and inactivates cytosolic adenylate cyclase) and the G beta G gamma dimer (which activates the GIRK (KIR3) potassium channel) (Pinard et al. 2010).
