在Golgi膜上,磷脂酰肌醇4-磷酸(PI4P)主要通过磷脂酰肌醇(PI)的磷酸化生成。其他磷脂酰肌醇类物质也由各种激酶和磷酸酶(如:磷脂酰肌醇3-磷酸(PI3P)、磷脂酰肌醇3,4-双磷酸(PI(3,4)P2)、磷脂酰肌醇3,5-双磷酸(PI(3,5)P2))等共同作用生成。

CDH11 homotypic and heterotypic interactions Based on surface plasmon resonance experiments, CDH11 forms a specificity subgroup with CDH8 and, probably, CDH24. CDH11 forms homotypic trans dimers (Patel et al. 2006, Brasch et al. 2018), and heterotypic trans dimers with CDH8 (Brasch et al. 2018) and, based on sequence similarity, probably with CDH24 (Brasch et al. 2018).
