This Reactome pathway describes regulatory functions of selected interferon (IFN)-stimulated genes (ISGs) such as IFI44, IFI44L, IFI6 and IFI27 that suppress the IFN-mediated innate immune responses triggered by viral infections (DeDiego ML et al., 2019a, b; Villamayor L, López-GarcÃa D et al., 2023; Villamayor L, Rivero V et al., 2023).
