通路描述
PTPN11 (SHP2) 通过 GAB1 被招募至激活的 MET 受体,并在 HGF 处理下发生磷酸化。虽然磷酸化位点和直接 MET 参与尚未被检查,但 PTPN11 对 HGF 处理的响应性磷酸化对于招募和激活 SPHK1 是必需的,这可能参与 HGF 诱导的细胞散射。同时,PTPN11 可在 MET 下游促进 MAPK3/1 (ERK1/2) 信号通路,也可在未鉴定的酪氨酸残基上脱磷酸化 MET。
